It was love at first sight outside Jackson, Wyoming. 

40" x 30" mixed media on raw canvas. This piece features a typical ring session with a cow horse. The backdrop is full of bright gestures, abstract layers of sky, fencing, dust and light. This is a raw western scene full of feminine aesthetics...the connection between rider and horse is at the forefront.
